Businesses, not for profit corporations, and individuals who want to influence public policy and the political debate face a wide array of complex laws and regulations.   William Cadigan has extensive experience in the political arena and advises clients of all sizes on compliance with state and federal election laws.  He has represented clients in compliance actions brought by the Federal Election Commission and served as a hearing officer for the Illinois State Board of Elections and Chicago Board of Election Commissioners.   Mr. Cadigan also co-authored the chapter on Federal Campaign Finance and Disclosure for the practice handbook on Election Law published by the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education.
